Daniel is Director of Operations at Campbell Tickell, bringing over 20 years’ experience in financial management, organisational operations, and strategic support across the non-profit, public, and creative sectors.

He specialises in building strong operational foundations, enhancing financial governance, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure organisations work efficiently, sustainably, and with clarity of purpose. Daniel’s career has spanned a wide range of senior roles in complex, mission-driven environments, where he has overseen finance, central services, and organisational systems during periods of growth, change, and strategic development.

Before joining Campbell Tickell, Daniel held senior responsibilities across finance leadership, operational management, and service delivery, working in both national and international contexts. His experience includes driving improvements in financial processes, strengthening internal infrastructure, and supporting executive teams in navigating strategic and organisational challenges. Daniel holds degrees in Philosophy and Computer Science, and a CIMA diploma in Finance.
