A comprehensive regeneration plan for Newark & Sherwood
Residents of Yorke Drive, a 1960s Nottinghamshire estate, face a bright future after Newark & Sherwood Council and Campbell Tickell worked with them to develop comprehensive regeneration plans. Â The Yorke Drive housing estate in Newark has been granted planning permission for masterplan proposals that will see 320 new houses built, with nearly one-third being affordable.

Maggie Rafalowicz, CT’s director overseeing the project, said:
We are delighted that the masterplan has gained planning permission. This has been a collaborative effort involving the local residents, Council, and architects; and this is just the first step in making Yorke Drive a better place to live.
