Social Housing report: UK staff pay climbs nearly 7% amid rising costs and recruitment challenges

A Social Housing special report, published on the 5th January 2024, finds that average staff pay for the largest housing associations (HAs) in the UK increased by 6.9 per cent in the last financial year, as cost of living and recruitment challenges drove competition in the market.  CT Partner, Gera Patel, was interviewed for this report.
