Campbell Tickell appoints new Director of Recruitment

Campbell Tickell (CT) is pleased to announce the promotion of Gemma Prescot to the post of Director of Recruitment.

This new post will oversee CT’s recruitment services and team, including permanent, interim, and non-executive recruitment. Designed to ensure additional senior capacity, this new role also recognises CT’s significant growth in this area of the business.

Gemma joined CT as Head of Interim Recruitment in 2016. Having worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years, she has extensive experience in many sectors, including local government, housing, education, health, private sector and charities. Since joining, Gemma has been responsible for creating and embedding Campbell Tickell’s strong interim recruitment offer, placing high calibre interims into a multitude of senior and leadership roles. She has also played a significant role in building the high performing recruitment team, as well as contributing to the company’s Human Resources and Organisational Development consultancy services.
