An update from the Campbell Tickell recruitment team.

We’re already half way through September – where did the past few months go?

This is usually the time of year when we start to see a marked increase in the number of recruitment projects we are managing for clients, however the summer ‘lull’ did not occur this year and it’s been business as usual at Campbell Tickell.

We’ve shared how much we have adapted and learned during recent months. We’re really pleased that so many of our clients continued to choose us as their recruitment partner, trusting us to manage their projects in a virtual environment.

Clients are considering reintroducing face-to-face recruitment processes.

While this is not a bad thing, we all need to be mindful of what this really means.

Yes, interviews can probably be conducted while adhering to social distancing, but what if a candidate resides with somebody who is shielding, and has to use public transport to attend an interview? What if a candidate has an underlying health condition which makes them vulnerable?

These are just some of the conversations we have started to have with clients.

While there is a desire to return to what we were used to – this needs to be carefully thought through.

How can we help?

 

In the meantime, we continue to work with clients to help them meet a range of executive, non-executive and interim requirements, providing high quality end-to-end support to clients and candidates alike.
