Campbell Tickell strengthens in-house team

Campbell Tickell is pleased to confirm that we are bringing in two long-standing associate consultants, Helen Routledge and Alistair Sharpe-Neal, into our in-house team, as well as promoting Senior Consultant Liz Zacharias to Director.

1. Liz Zacharias

Joining CT as a bid-writing consultant six years ago, Liz Zacharias has transformed the consultancy’s activity in social care and supported housing, delivering significant business growth and forging pathways into new sectors, such as health.

On her promotion, Liz commented:

I’m really pleased with this recognition of the way that CT has grown its consultancy work in homelessness, care and housing-related support over the past six years. I am looking forward to continuing to grow our consultancy offer in these areas, particularly as government policy begins to shift in relation to social care, health and Integrated Care Systems, homelessness and rough sleeping.

As the post-pandemic world for those with housing and support needs emerges, I see CT as a key part of the network of support for local authorities, registered providers and charities that more than ever will need to respond the needs of their communities, residents and service users.

2. Helen Routledge

Helen Routledge has worked with CT for four years on a wide range of financial and business planning assignments, and interim Finance Director roles, and has also made a significant contribution to CT’s business planning and accounting systems.

Bringing her in-house will continue to develop CT’s growing financial services consultancy offer.

3. Alistair Sharpe-Neal

Alistair Sharpe Neal PhotoAlistair Sharpe-Neal has worked with CT for nine years on a wide range of assignments for councils, council-owned companies and housing associations.

He specialises in customer services, strategic change initiatives, business transformation and ICT.

By joining the in-house team, Alistair will strengthen CT’s innovation and improvement offer to clients.

Strengthening our team

Commenting on the expanding team, Greg Campbell, CT Partner, said:

The past year has been really tough for everybody. Our CT team has stepped up across the board, working with our clients in different sectors to make sure they are resilient and can cope with future challenges. Strengthening our in-house team in this way is an important part of our work to ensure that CT itself is robust and can respond to the scale and range of demands and opportunities that are coming our way.
