Learning from problem cases, volumes 1-4
The Housing Corporation, which eventually became Homes England and Regulator for Social Housing, published these ‘Learning From Problem Cases’ reports, with the intention to share learning from case studies where things had gone badly wrong.
Aimed at all those responsible for the governance and leadership of Registered Providers, these reports served to ensure organisations would not find themselves in similar situations in the future.
