Housing and social care consultancy Campbell Tickell (CT) has announced that experienced
governance and regulation specialist Stephen Bull will join its senior consultancy team in February.
Stephen has been working in the affordable housing sector for 20 years, first at the Housing Corporation, where he was a Regulation Manager, and latterly at the National Housing Federation, where he was Company Secretary and Head of Governance. Stephen is a qualified company secretary and brings a wealth of experience in the field of governance, board management and recruitment. He has an engaging approach and is extremely adept at
stakeholder management, having worked with a wide range of organisations.
He will now be working as a member of CT’s 21-strong core team and its network of 150
associate consultants across the country, to provide a range of consultancy services in such areas as governance, strategic review, business assurance and performance improvement.
Stephen commented:
“After 11 fantastic years at the National Housing Federation, I am really looking forward to the move into consultancy, working with many of the organisations I know well to provide a more in-depth service, as well as other organisations beyond housing.”
Radojka Miljevic, CT’s governance lead, said
“Our clients tell us that our governance work is top drawer – the arrival of Stephen with his company secretarial acumen will further enhance our offer. His breadth and depth of governance support across the sector is probably unparalleled, and we are delighted to welcome a new and sought after gem to our team.”
