Inkaran is a Consultant at Campbell Tickell.

Having joined Campbell Tickell in 2019, working within the finance team as the Senior Finance Officer and then as the Financial Controller, he transistioned to the consultancy team at the end of 2025.

As the Financial Controller, he was responsible for producing management information, including management accounts, alongside detailed analysis of variances and trends. He also led the preparation and analysis of cashflow forecasts.

In his current role as a Consultant, Inkaran has worked on the quality assurance of rent increases for Registered Providers across a wide range of tenures, including social rent, affordable rent, fair rent, and shared ownership. His experience includes calculating corrected rent levels and tenant refunds where overcharging has occurred, producing convergence income estimates for social rent portfolios, and providing assurance on rents charged for RPs.

Inkaran is a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
