Ben is a Project Consultant within CT’s growth and acquisition team

His role involves supporting clients in realising their growth ambitions in a number of ways. This includes:

  • Project management of merger and partnership processes.
  • Due diligence project management.
  • Support with portfolio acquisition and disposal of tenanted portfolios.
  • Strategic research and horizon scanning for growth opportunities.

He has worked with an extensive range of clients in a variety of ways. These include:

  • Supporting Newydd HA and Cadwyn HA to deliver its new partnership. This included support with due diligence and integration planning.
  • Working with Leazes Homes to support the formation of its new partnership with Karbon Homes.
  • Working with Shepherds Bush HA in its merger with The Guinness Partnership, playing a key role in managing due diligence on their behalf.

Ben has been part of the CT for seven years, joining the growth and acquisition team in 2023. Prior to that, Ben was a part of CT’s Bids and Tenders team, playing a key role in securing new projects for the business. He also spent time working with, and supporting, a large local authority to develop a new target operating model for its housing service.
