Shaunna is an Assistant Consultant in the interim recruitment team at Campbell Tickell.

Prior to joining CT, Shaunna worked at Morgan Hunt, a public sector recruitment agency, for seven years. In 2019, she began delivering full 360 HR and business support recruitment, before transitioning into social care during the pandemic in response to increased demand in that sector. For five years, her main focus was the permanent recruitment of social workers from overseas, delivering international social work recruitment campaigns for local authorities across England.

During this time, Shaunna was also responsible for visa compliance, relocation logistics, and providing pastoral support to each social worker and their family.

She also has experience in SEN teaching support and primary education.

Shaunna holds a BA in Irish Studies and a postgraduate degree in Psychology.
