Greg is a strategic management consultant and Campbell Tickell Partner. As a consultant over the past 19 years, he has worked with around 400 organisations across the UK and Ireland.
He has extensive national networks and is a frequent speaker on the operating environment and corporate strategy. He has led governance and strategy reviews for councils, housing associations, care providers, leisure trusts and charities. He has advised the government housing regulators for England and Ireland on regulation matters. He has led troubleshooting and service improvement assignments for a range of councils, housing associations, care providers and charities.
He has an extensive background in HR and recruitment, over 25 years, and has undertaken numerous search and selection exercises, particularly for Chief Executives, Finance Directors and Board Chairs.
Greg has project managed and advised on numerous procurement and contracting exercises. He formerly advised the Local Government Employers on TUPE and on pensions in service contracting.
He has worked on mergers, including identifying potential partners, brokering deals, and project managing the merger process. He has advised on business development projects for non-profit and commercial organisations, including market analysis, service design, and branding.
Greg has been a non-executive Board member of two housing associations, and a housing development consultancy. He is now a Director of the property adviser to a new investment funding company, Funding Affordable Homes Ltd.
