Francesca Stanyer
Francesca is our Policy and Research Team Manager at Campbell Tickell. She has a range of research skills, both academic and professional, covering qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods. She provides project support across the full range of Campbell Tickell’s areas of focus, as well as managing our in-house Policy and Research Team.
Francesca has previous experience working in the housing sector as a customer insight manager and research and policy analyst for a housing association. In these roles she worked with all the associations departments and was responsible for managing their transactional and perception surveys and translating these findings into actionable insight. She also conducted various engagement activities, such as reviews of key policies, including repairs and neighbourhood management, along with more specific research questions around their engagement model, colleague offer, older people’s services, and assessment against the consumer standards.
Francesca has recently completed an MSc in Public Policy and Management at Birkbeck College, University of London achieving a distinction, with a particular focus on the management of the public and third sector, and social research methods. She had previously gained a BA (hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading.
