Francesca’s work specialises in housing governance and regulation, helping registered providers comply with regulatory requirements. Her work in good governance includes supporting Board and governance effectiveness reviews and skills audits through detailed document reviews, interviews and observations.

Her work in regulation, involves collaborating with clients to improve specific areas of consumer standards, including policy development and best practices, strengthening tenant’s role in governance and enhancing complaint handling. Francesca has also helped numerous registered providers prepare for inspections with document reviews and workshops. She also co-authored the National Housing Federation toolkit, a guide for smaller providers on complying with consumer standards.

Francesca brings additional skills in organisational culture, customer insight and stakeholder engagement, and has led on the development of a new CT Complaints CultureScan.

Prior to joining Campbell Tickell, Francesca spent five years at a medium-sized housing association, giving her first hand understanding of the sector. She holds an MSc (with distinction) in Public Policy and Management and is currently studying for her CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing.
