Holly is a Senior Consultant, specialising in the care, support and health sectors
Holly has twenty years’ experience working as a research and policy expert across housing, health and care. She has worked in academia, consultancy, think tanks and for the NHS.
Holly joined Campbell Tickell from the Centre for Ageing Better where she was the Deputy Director for Homes. As a member of the Senior Management Team, her role included the design and oversight of the Homes research and policy programme, and leading their influencing and media activities.
Holly’s experience of the health and care sectors comes from working at NHS England as a Senior Policy Manager in the Commissioning Policy Unit. She also worked in an operational role for the Urgent and Emergency National Team. Here she increased the organisation’s research capacity and supported the development of emergent Integrated Care Systems.
She also worked for six years as a Fellow in Health Policy at the Nuffield Trust, undertaking research and policy analysis on social care, integration and commissioning structures.
During this time, Holly was also a Trustee for Certitude Support and Yarrow Housing – providers of housing and care for people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and people with mental health support needs.
Prior to that, Holly worked as a researcher in the social policy department at the London School of Economics, largely working on projects for the Equalities and Human Rights Committee and studied for an MSc in Social Policy. She started her research career at Campbell Tickell as a trainee researcher and consultant.
