Gemma is Director of Recruitment at Campbell Tickell. 

Gemma oversees all of Campbell Tickell’s recruitment services and team, including permanent, interim, and non-executive recruitment. Her team are responsible for placing high calibre individuals into a multitude of senior and leadership roles. 

Having worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years, Gemma has extensive experience in  local government, housing, education, health, private sector and charity sector.  She has played a significant role in building the high performing recruitment team, as well as contributing to the Campbell Tickell’s Human Resources and Organisational Development consultancy services.

Gemma has built up a strong track record over the years that includes recruitment of chief executives, directors, heads of service, as well as  transformation, change and programme management specialists.  In addition, she also has a wealth of experience recruiting fourth tier roles and project managers across the public and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to working in the recruitment industry, Gemma worked as a project manager within the NHS and Health service.  She has a BA in Sociology from the University of York.
