
Catherine Romney
Catherine is a Policy & Research Manager at Campbell Tickell. She is responsible for providing research support and data-led insights on a variety of Campbell Tickell’s projects including: local authority housing, homelessness and rough sleeping strategies; Temporary Accomodation demand forecasting models; governance reviews; and policy briefings. She also manages a team of four, overseeing their work and ensuring the successful delivery of team objectives.
Catherine has experience in academic and sectoral research, particularly in the UK housing, homelessness, and health sectors. She is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, using tools like SPSS, Stata, Tableau, and Power BI.
Catherine has worked with local authorities to develop housing and homelessness strategies, created forecasting models for Temporary Accommodation demand and supply, and led consultancy projects with a strong focus on data analysis and project management.
Her qualifications include a MSc in Global and Comparative Studies and a BA First-Class Honours in International Relations, alongside a data analysis certification from LSE.
