Gemma is Senior Consultant and Head of Interim Management at Campbell Tickell. 

 She has worked in the recruitment industry for 15 years. Throughout her time in the industry, Gemma has covered many sectors including Local Government, Housing, Education, Health, Private Sector and Charities.  Her heart very much lies in the public and charitable sectors and within Housing, Regeneration and Local Government specifically. 

 She currently leads the Interim Business at Campbell Tickell and is responsible for placing high calibre interims into a multitude of senior and leadership roles.  She has built up a strong track record over the years that includes recruitment of the following: 

• Chief Executives 
• Directors 
• Heads of Service 
• Transformation, change and programme management specialists. 

In addition to working within the Executive space she also has a wealth of experience recruiting 4th tier roles and Project Managers across the Public and Not-For-Profit sectors. Prior to working in the recruitment industry, Gemma worked as a project manager within the NHS and Health service.  She has a BA in Sociology from the University of York.
