Kathleen McKillion

Kathleen is a senior associate consultant with Campbell Tickell and comes with 30 years housing experience delivering transformational change and service improvements for a variety of housing organisations in the UK and Ireland. She has extensive experience in housing management, interim and project management, regulation and compliance, governance, housing development and tenant landlord services and engagement.

From 2007 – 2017, Kathleen was the Director of Operations for the Irish Council for Social Housing (ICSH) with lead responsibility nationally for over 200 housing associations managing 32,000 tenancies across Ireland.  She liaised with the Regulation Office in developing the Voluntary Regulation Code, the Financial and Governance Standards.  Kathleen also served as a Board Member on the Residential Tenancies Board and represented the not-for-profit housing association sector on Dublin City Council’s Strategic Housing Policy Committee, the Cork Delivery Group and Project Board established under Rebuilding Ireland as well as the European homeless federation, FEANTSA.  Prior to joining the Campbell Tickell team, she acted as interim Chief Executive for Clanmil Ireland Housing Association for a short time.

Kathleen has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA); BSc (Hons) in Social Administration and Housing Studies, a Certificate in Accounting and Diploma in Corporate Finance and has been a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) since 1991 and Fellow since 2002, FCIH.
