Job Details

Cromwood Housing Group was established in 2002 as a response to the serious need for social housing in London. We have rapidly expanded to become one of the leading providers of social housing to local authorities in London and Greater Manchester, and due to this growth, now seek to recruit a Housing Development and Asset Manager to work collectively with our leadership team.

RICS qualified or equivalent, you will ensure homes are effectively maintained, safe and secure and that the development & growth and asset management strategies are delivered to meet and exceed growth targets and performance indicators.  The role will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and be the lead contact liaising with a range of external stakeholders.

We are seeking an exceptional senior leader who will be a key member of the executive team, contribute to the effective running of the organisation by playing a full and active role in the organisation’s strategic, business and risk planning, working closely with the Board, managers and other employees to ensure our business and social objectives are met.
