What are we here for and what are we seeking to achieve? Your corporate strategy will be based on your mission and your future vision, taking into account your values and the challenges and opportunities posed by the wider environment.
Working across different sectors, we have helped organisations review their strategy and the risks they face and how these can be managed, analyse and recast their business plans, and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
Our starting point is at the governance level, working with Board and executives in the roles of facilitator and critical friend to help determine the organisation’s future direction. Our expertise extends across financial planning asset management; growth strategy; merger preparation; corporate planning; and business transformation.
Wokingham Borough Council engaged Campbell Tickell to assist in rent compliance and regulatory work. CT were great and helped us get the right result for Wokingham Borough Council and its tenants. I regard CT as a go-to organisation and would recommend them to other social landlords who have such issues.

Campbell Tickell worked very closely with NHS England and Improvement, and the Integrated Commissioning System (ICS) to develop a housing needs assessment. This will be invaluable in meeting the needs of people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions in the four local authorities.
The level of detail and range of data sets, which were brought together from a housing, social care, and health perspective, have provided an evidenced based projection of future housing need amongst this population. This is so often overlooked in strategic housing plans.
The housing needs assessment provides the ICS with an amazing opportunity to strategically work with housing colleagues to meet the housing needs identified for the next 10 years.
