Job Details
Wandle was originally formed in 1967 by a group of passionate local people concerned about homelessness in south London. We’ve since grown into an organisation with over 7000 homes across 9 south London boroughs and employing almost 200 staff.
We are currently looking for an experienced Board member and Chair of our Customer Excellence Committee who will help shape our growing business and our approach to customer services. By applying your skills and experience, gained either on a board or committee, you will lead and oversee the strategic direction and performance of Wandle’s customer service initiatives, in line with our corporate strategy.
To understand and reflect the diversity of our customers and staff we also welcome applications from a black, Asian, minority ethnic BAME background. We have adopted the Rooney Rule so that BAME and or female candidates who meet the essential criteria will be long listed for these roles.
We are particularly looking for someone with experience of customer service in the housing sector where you have been part of supporting service improvement and have a clear understanding of the consumer standards and housing regulatory framework.
