We manage over 3,000 shared ownership homes across the UK and we want you to help us set the gold standard for shared ownership, ensuring our customers and communities benefit from a stable, well-governed provider with a long-term vision.

This is a key role in our governance structure, providing oversight and strategic direction across Board and senior management appointments, succession planning, people strategy, recruitment frameworks across the organisation.

You will have senior level experience either as an executive or non-executive ideally within a complex institutional stakeholder or regulated environment, and having served on or chaired a committee. You will have expertise in people strategy, HR, reward and recognition and the ability to actively contribute to strategic oversight and corporate governance.
