These Board roles require professionals who can connect governance leadership and specialist expertise to real tenant outcomes. Beyond technical and governance input, we want our new Board colleagues to always be ready to ask how Board decisions affect our tenants, how tenant feedback is being heard, and to bring a strong and persistent focus on the tenant and customer perspective.

For the Vice Chair role:

You will bring the board experience to support the Chair in leading an effective Common Board and act as a trusted sounding board for them. Housing sector experience would be useful, but not a necessity.
