Job Details
Kingdom Support & Care is seeking an outstanding Support & Care Director to lead a high-performing service and help shape the future of care across our communities.
This is a critical leadership role where you’ll set direction, drive performance, and champion person-centred services ensuring customers receive the highest standards of care every day.
You will lead the Support & Care business, working closely with the Executive Team and Board to deliver strategic priorities, strengthen performance, and embed a customer-first culture throughout the organisation. From shaping strategy to empowering teams, you’ll ensure services are high-quality, sustainable, and continuously improving.
We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in the care and support sector. You will bring the ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, combining strategic insight with strong operational oversight. You will be confident in building effective relationships with partners, stakeholders, and regulators, and adept at working in a complex environment. Above all, you will be driven by a genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for customers.
