The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) currently takes an active approach to regulating housing associations’ compliance with regards to ‘economic’ regulatory standards. Up until now however, the RSH has been constrained in its approach to compliance around ‘consumer’ standards, including: service delivery, safe homes, and tenant involvement.
