We engaged Campbell Tickell to carry out their CultureScan. We found them easy to work with and they also engaged well with our teams, in carrying out focus groups that explored some of the themes that came out of the surveys. The subsequent report gave us some helpful insights into the culture in different teams and how that also varied across the different levels of the organisation.   It was also insightful to benchmark ourself against our sector peers. We have also made a number of other changes as a result of the exercise and have also been able to give the Board assurance on the culture at B3Livng and engage them in the work in this area.
