As part of our Executive Leadership Team, this role will lead asset management, development, building safety and compliance. You’ll set the strategic direction, manage major investment programmes and budgets, and make sure resident voice shapes every decision.

• Our long term Asset Management Strategy and major capital investment programme

• Delivery of a robust, sustainable development pipeline

• Building safety, statutory compliance and our organisation wide Compliance Framework

• JRHT’s retrofit and decarbonisation agenda

• A high performing, multidisciplinary team committed to our social purpose

We are seeking a confident strategic leader with experience in housing, development or asset management at a senior level. You bring commercial insight, strong regulatory understanding, and a passion for delivering real social impact. You’ll know how to get the best from people, build strong partnerships, and work effectively with Boards.
