Albyn Housing Society
Permanent
Invergordon / Hybrid

Job Details

Albyn Housing Society is one of the Highlands’ leading housing organisations, managing nearly 4,000 properties across more than 80 communities throughout the region. Financially strong, highly regarded and purpose-driven, Albyn has built an excellent reputation for customer service and community impact and is well positioned for the future.

We are seeking an inspiring and values-led Group Chief Executive to build on the significant progress achieved in recent years. This is not a turnaround or radical change agenda. Rather, we are looking for a pragmatic and collaborative leader who can maintain momentum, strengthen an already successful organisation and deliver continuous improvement for customers and communities.

Working closely with the Board, you will provide visible organisational leadership, foster a cohesive and high-performing culture, strengthen relationships with regulators and key stakeholders, and act as an influential ambassador for Albyn. You will be an excellent communicator, able to engage colleagues, partners and customers while championing the organisation’s achievements and future ambitions.

You may already be a Chief Executive or an experienced Executive Director ready to take the next step. Whatever your background, you will bring strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen, outstanding people leadership skills and a track record of delivering results within a complex, customer-focused environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a successful organisation that is already performing strongly and making a real dierence across the Highlands. We are looking for a thoughtful, credible and delivery-focused leader who can build on success, bring people together and help take Albyn from good to great.
