Multi-disciplinary management and recruitment consultancy Campbell Tickell (CT) bids an affectionate farewell to Gera Patel, Partner after 17 years of dedicated and transformative service.
Gera Patel, Partner
Working in the not-for-profit/social housing sector for over 30 years, Gera joined CT as a Senior Consultant in 2008, rapidly becoming a Partner. When she started, the HR and recruitment activity of the practice was small. Gera has transformed the service offer to clients, driving sustained growth and quality across leadership recruitment, including appointment to executive/senior roles and Board positions; and leading our work across human resources and organisational design activity.

Gemma Prescot, Director of Recruitment
Gemma Prescot, our recently promoted Director of Recruitment, will now lead CT’s permanent and interim recruitment service and HR consultancy. Joining CT in 2016, Gemma has worked in the recruitment industry for nearly 20 years, and has extensive experience in local government, housing, education, health, private sector and charities. Her work has been central in building the high performing recruitment team.
CT is also delighted to announce the appointment of new Senior Consultant for People and HR, Clare Sion. A highly experienced consultant with 26 years in HR, organisational development and business transformation, Clare has worked in senior roles across the public sector tackling a range of people matters.
