We recently commissioned Campbell Tickell, in conjunction with Arc4, to undertake an assessment of the private rented sector across North Yorkshire. The assessment was of high standard and undertaken in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the outcomes of the study, in particular the insights into the sector, and the level of detail that was provided. The study will enable us to move on to developing a more strategic approach and targeting our actions and resources into the areas where it is most required.
