Multi-disciplinary management and recruitment consultancy, Campbell Tickell, has announced the promotion of transformation specialist Alistair Sharpe-Neal to Director within the firm’s consultancy team, alongside a number of new hires this month.
Alistair has worked with CT for 10 years, initially as an associate, becoming a Senior Consultant in 2021. With a background in developing digital customer services in the commercial sector, he has led major change programmes with councils and housing associations across the country.
Alongside Alistair’s promotion, CT has welcomed five new recruits. Holly Holder, previously Deputy Director at the Centre for Ageing Better, is now Senior Consultant Care and Support, and Clare Sion, an organisational specialist particularly in local authorities, is now Senior Consultant People and HR.
At the same time, Hayley Sheldon has joined as Recruitment Search Consultant, and Emma Croft and Aileen Salfarie have joined CT’s research and policy team. Campbell Tickell Partner, Greg Campbell commented:
“Huge congratulations to Alistair on his promotion to Director in recognition of his consistently excellent work in supporting organisations in improving their service design and business operating models.
“We’re also delighted to welcome our new colleagues, strengthening key areas of our work including social care, people and culture, recruitment, and our policy and research team. These hires reflect our continuing growth and commitment to excellence, strengthening our capacity to deliver high-quality challenge, critical thinking and assurance to all our clients.”
