YMCA DownsLink is a specialist housing association providing 700 units of supported housing for young people. We engaged Campbell Tickell (CT) to support a specific piece of work to evaluate how the organisation was constructing its affordable rent model to ensure regulatory compliance.
We also engaged them to review our rent setting policy to ensure it represented best practice in the sector.
