Campbell Tickell worked very closely with NHS England and Improvement, and the Integrated Commissioning System (ICS) to develop a housing needs assessment. The level of detail and range of data sets, which were brought together from a housing, social care, and health perspective, have provided an evidenced based projection of future housing need amongst this population. This is so often overlooked in strategic housing plans.
