Our board is made up of highly experienced members; working with Campbell Tickell using the We. Scan psychometric test gave us an innovative way of looking at the talent we collectively possess. It gave us new insights into what drives our behaviours, and enabled a meaningful conversation on how we get the best from our diverse members. This board development work with Campbell Tickell has given us a strong platform to understand how we can work better as a team and how we will go from achieving good to great governance as a board.
