Campbell Tickell were the obvious choice to update senior Officers and elected Members of their respective responsibilities in hearing the tenant’s voice and what good governance looks like in the light of the Housing White Paper. The approach to the training was spot on and Members were fully engaged, receiving informed responses to great questions. I feel reassured that the Council is now far more aware of their responsibilities. I would use CT again.
