This has been a year of significant growth for Campbell Tickell, marked by the arrival of talented new colleagues across our consultancy, research, recruitment, operations and finance teams. Each new team member brings valuable expertise that will strengthen our services and help us continue delivering high-quality support to clients.
We were delighted to appoint Daniel Garay as our new Operations Director. Daniel leads our internal operations, finance and central services, ensuring these core functions are efficient, resilient and fully aligned with our strategic goals. Before joining Campbell Tickell, Daniel held senior responsibilities across finance leadership, operational management, and service delivery, working in both national and international contexts. His experience includes driving improvements in financial processes, strengthening internal infrastructure, and supporting executive teams in navigating strategic and organisational challenges.
We were also excited to welcome Matthew McClelland as a Director in our Governance and Regulation team. Matthew works with boards and executive teams to enhance the cultures, behaviours and practices that underpin effective governance and long-term organisational success. Prior to working with CT as an Associate, Matthew held executive positions at the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) – the regulator for over 800,000 professionals – including as Director of Strategy & Insight and earlier as Director of Fitness to Practise. Matthew’s career includes significant experience in the higher education sector, where he focused on governance and compliance.
Alongside these senior appointments, we have expanded widely across the organisation, welcoming a range of new colleagues into key roles:
- Aisha Lalloo, Senior Consultant
- Arthey Rajah, Finance Support Officer
- Bola Ogbe, Senior Finance Consultant
- Claudia Swan, Marketing Support Officer
- Jamie Don, Policy and Research Officer
- Lesley Burton, Executive Assistant
- Nimra Qayyum, Recruitment Coordinator
- Vanessa Inyang, Bids Support Officer
We are excited to have each of them on board and look forward to the expertise and energy they bring to the team.
Speaking on the significance of this year’s growth and transformation, Partner Greg Campbell said:
“CT is over 25 years old as a business. We have an in-house team of 60 people delivering a huge range of services and support to organisations across the UK, Ireland and beyond. Plus we work on a frequent basis with a network of over 100 associate consultants. It’s critical our structure and systems are effective and efficient all round, so we’ve been undertaking a ‘CT Reset’ programme to make sure everything is working as it should and provide us with a platform for further growth.”
