Take part in Campbell Tickell’s Board Remuneration and Composition Survey

Board Remuneration and Composition Survey 2025

Campbell Tickell is conducting research to update our insight into Board remuneration and composition within the housing sector. We use this data, anonymised, to inform our sector-wide advice on Board pay, and contributing will help us ensure that we can give the best possible advice.

We are hugely grateful to those organisations which take the time to complete this survey.

This research is a key tool in understanding how Registered Providers structure and reward their boards. While we are particularly keen to hear from organisations that provide board remuneration, the survey is open to all organisations with tailored questions available for those who do not offer payment.

Who should take part?

The survey is aimed at all housing Registered Providers.

Why take part?

  • Quick to complete – The survey takes just 10–20 minutes, depending on your organisation’s structure.
  • Be part of the insight – All participants will be invited to an exclusive webinar where we will present the findings.
  • Can’t attend? – If you complete the survey but are unable to join the webinar, we’ll send you a copy of the high-level findings.

🕓 Deadline: Thursday, 3 October 2025

Thank you in advance for your time and insights. Your input helps shape a more informed sector.
