01

This new tool (downloadable as an Excel document)  has been carefully designed to assist organisations in preparing for self-assessment against the social housing consumer standards in place from April 2024.

02

The goal is to facilitate a structured approach to evaluating, evidencing and improving adherence to these standards, and compliments any organisation management and reporting arrangements, assurance frameworks and improvement plans set out elsewhere.

About CT’s Consumer Regulation Self-assessment

The action planner comprises individual sheets for each of the standards, allowing users to present evidence, evaluate compliance, outline their explanation and identify responsible owners plus any key actions that are needed.

We have included those policies that are specifically required by the regulatory standards within the appropriate evidence sections.

Please feel free to adapt and customise the template to suit your organisation’s specific needs and standards.

To access this tool, please fill out this form with your details on the adjacent form.  To note by submitting your details, you also give us permission to contact you regarding Campbell Tickell insights and news, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
