Campbell Tickell, has announced the promotion of transformation specialist, Alistair Sharpe-Neal , to Director in the firm’s consultancy team, alongside several new hires this month.
Alistair has worked with CT for 10 years, initially as an associate, becoming a Senior Consultant in 2021. With a background in developing digital customer services in the commercial sector, he has led major change programmes with councils and housing associations across the country.
Alongside Alistair’s promotion, CT has welcomed five new recruits. Holly Holder, previously Deputy Director at the Centre for Ageing Better, is now Senior Consultant Care and Support, and Clare Sion, an organisational specialist particularly in local authorities, is now Senior Consultant People and HR.
At the same time, Hayley Sheldon has joined as Recruitment Search Consultant, and Emma Croft and Aileen Salfarie have joined CT’s research and policy team.
