The events of the past 12 months have changed the way organisations will operate forever

INNOVATION & IMPROVEMENT

One year ago, to celebrate our 20 years as a consultancy, we hosted our CT20 future-gazing event. A lot has happened since then, so we went back to speakers at that event, to invite them to tell us how they see aspects of our future now. Here is what some of them had to say... (very briefly):

Lisa Taylor, director at Coherent Cities, details what our future could look like now, and how we can encourage and adapt to change.

Greg Campbell, partner at CT, discusses how the change in consumer behaviour within the last year could impact on future placemaking.

Sonya Chowdhury, chief executive at Action for M.E., explores how leadership has changed within the past 12 months, and what leaders need to do to adapt to this change.

Predictions for the future

Watch this short video to hear what our speakers said last year about the future of the economy, diversity & inclusion, customers and housing.
