Rhianna is a Policy and Research Assistant at Campbell Tickell. Through the Future of London Emerging Talent Programme, she has worked with a variety of public and private sector clients across the built environment sector.
The programme seeks to give individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds the opportunity to springboard their careers in the built environment, enabling them to experience placements with leading organisations across housing, development, regeneration and public space.
As part of her final placement on the programme, Rhianna supports the research team to conduct research on a variety of Campbell Tickell’s projects. She has experience working on a range of projects conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, best practice scans and policy briefings.
Prior to her placement on the Future of London Emerging Talent Programme, Rhianna gained a BA(Hons) in International Development and the Study of Religion followed by an internship within the Department for Education conducting performance reviews and analysis for the Modern Methods of Construction Framework.
