Organisational development and personal growth are the key outcomes of Michele’s work as a coaching and organisational psychologist and human resources consultant.

Michele draws on her past experience of organisations of different types and sizes, of people at different levels in organisations, and at different stages in their careers; and her training and experience in the disciplines of organisational psychology, coaching/mentoring, human resources management, management consultancy, and teaching and researching in a business school.  In recent years much of her consultancy and coaching work has been associated with the social housing sector, including both large and small regionally and nationally based associations.

Alongside her work with individuals and organisations, Michele taught at the University of Westminster for fifteen years. She assessed, supervised and mentored MA Human Resource Management and MBA students, and undergraduates on business degrees.  In her additional role of Disability Tutor, Michele championed inclusion; she advocated for students with disabilities and challenged colleagues to change their attitudes and adjust their teaching practices to improve student experience and achievement.

Michele holds BSc Psychology; MSc Occupational Psychology; Postgraduate Diplomas in Personnel Management, and in Coaching & Mentoring Practice; and a Postgraduate Certificate Special Study in Supporting Learning. She is registered with the British Psychological Society as a Test User: Occupational Testing (Personality), and is trained to assess using Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Step I & Step II), 15FQ+, the Hogan assessment tools (HPI, HDS & MVPI), The Leadership Versatility Index (a high specification 360 appraisal tool) and Lumina Learning tools. She is a Chartered Psychologist in the Division of Occupational Psychology, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine, Principal Practitioner of the Association for Business Psychology and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE.
