Glenn has over 14 years of experience in the social housing sector, working across a number of fields. Glenn spent over 10 years working for Circle Housing Group in a variety of positions, most latterly as Head of Housing Growth. He had a key project management role in the Circle and Affinity Sutton merger in 2015 as part of this role.
With significant experience in business growth and business development roles, Glenn was part of the team that delivered a number of local authority stock transfers and mergers into Circle. This included the transfer of both Fenland DC and LB Merton’s housing stock to form new housing associations and the merger with Mercian Housing Group. Glenn also led on the development and delivery of a portfolio based asset management strategy and worked with Circle’s care and support provider to develop its future offer to older customers.
Prior to consultancy, Glenn was Head of New Initiatives for Clarion Housing Group. In this role, he has responsibility for identifying opportunities to work with public sector bodies to deliver new homes. In his time in the role, he managed a number of bids for key public-sector projects including Clarion’s successful DPP3 application.
Glenn is a qualified practitioner level PRINCE2 project manager.

- Development of Riverside’s successful bid for Impact HA.
