March – May 2021: Wellbeing for Leaders Programme
- March 11 - May 27, 2021
- Zoom, Online
We recognise that moving into this next phase of the pandemic has brought new challenges.
Leaders have shifted from ‘all hands on deck’ mode, to sailing into a strong headwind, with only a distant horizon in sight.
Many of our recent conversations with leaders across the sector have focused on wellbeing, and more specifically on the mental wellbeing for both tenants and staff of their organisations. Yet we know that CEOs and senior executives are under a great deal of pressure, and as a consequence may not always be putting aside time for their own wellbeing.
In response to this, we have designed a programme specifically for CEOs and senior executives. This will create a safe space for participants to take valuable time for reflection.
The programme is primarily focused on wellbeing; however we will also use the sessions to explore different styles of leadership, as a way of helping participants step back and reflect on how they are leading through such challenging times.
We’re aiming to run this from March – May, over three months, and will consist of:
- Three x 2 hour group sessions
- One x individual coaching session.
Over the three group sessions we will explore conscious leadership, vulnerability-based leadership and inclusive leadership.
The group is limited to maximum of 8 participants to allow space for participants to share ideas and explore wellbeing.
- £650 per delegate
