Join for the largest gathering of Northern social housing leaders, the 2024 Northern Housing Summit in Leeds.

A new parliament and increased devolution bring new opportunities to make a difference to communities across the North. This conference will explore how the sector can work alongside Government to deliver what’s needed.

Chaired again this year by Mark Easton, leaders from the NHC’s unique membership of housing associations, councils, combined authorities and ALMOs will convene with key policy makers to discuss how we achieve transformative change for and with communities. We’ll explore key challenges and opportunities around devolution, net zero, housing quality, regeneration and supply.

The Summit will see the launch of the latest round of the Northern Housing Monitor and databank: their analysis of Northern housing data, highlighting emerging trends.
