22 April: Creative thinking & innovation masterclass
- April 22, 2021
- 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Zoom, Online
£145 – standard
While we have achieved much in the current remote working environment, some feel that creativity has suffered in the transition. Soon hybrid-working environments will become the norm, with meetings continuing to be conducted remotely, yet blended with face-to-face ones. There is a real need to become more skillful in how we build our capacity to innovate, long after the pandemic has gone.
Through this workshop we will explore how to foster an environment in which creativity and innovative thinking can really flourish.
We will bring a mixture of theory, experiments, practical hacks, and frameworks to ensure you have the thinking and tools to go from idea generation through to delivery.
The workshop is highly experiential and will require open minds and courageous thinking. As a participant you will be submerged into live experiments, as we know it is through doing that we truly learn.
This workshop will enable you to:
- Understand how creativity manifests in your organisation, and what might be blocking creative thinking;
- Shine a light on the mind-set that allows creativity to thrive;
- Have a simple and clear innovation framework; and
- Leave with a suite of tools to facilitate creative and open thinking in virtual or face to face meetings.
What previous attendees have said:
We ran this workshop in mid-January 2021. Here are a few testimonials from participants:
Extremely useful workshop. A real opportunity to step back to reflect on our organisational and personal approach to creativity. Some valuable tools to use. perfectly paced and engaged – great for the soul.
Lots of useful nuggets and tips – reminded me of importance of being crystal clear about problems and issues, wisdom of crowds, using phases of project management around the innovation framework, and highlighting when people are being creative (especially when they think they aren’t). Thank you.
