About

Across three days, the Social Housing Finance Conference 2021 will deliver high-level keynote sessions, panel discussions and informed debate covering the most important topics surrounding housing finance, treasury and risk management and the impact of the pandemic.

Sue Harvey, Partner at Campbell Tickell, will be joining the panel discussion, ‘One eye on the future‘, at 14.15 on Tuesday 18th May.  This will discuss the following:

Whilst we all work to confront and deal with current uncertainty, how do we continue to scenario plan for future risk? Will the rebuilding of business plans to take into account increasing rent arrears and other stress testing ensure finances are secure enough to manage in the event of future, unseen ‘black swan’ events? How can we mitigate the impact on development programmes and future sales?

Campbell Tickell are also pleased to be supporting the conference.

The masterclass was a really informative event. The speakers were knowledgeable and thought provoking and the workshop offered positive and practical options to improving approaches to governance and engagement.

I found the masterclass both instructive and thought provoking. I particularly enjoyed the interaction with other delegates during the break out session. The CT team set just the right tone and expertly led us through the key points about the new challenges for Board Effectiveness.
