We are a small registered housing provider based in West London, specialising in supported housing. We have been operating since 2012 and we have achieved much during this time – what we do, we do well. We are proud of being fleet of foot, responsive to the needs of our clients and our partner agencies as well as being innovative and creative.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Specialist Supported Housing Manager role oversees our specialist supported housing work, which has been an area of growth for us over recent years. We have expanded our provision in this area from c.50 units of accommodation in 2019, to the c.300 homes that we currently manage, and this period of growth and innovation is something we are very proud of.

We are excited to be seeking a new Manager for our service and you will have the opportunity to lead on further consolidating and embedding good practice across our expanded operations. This role leads on managing all of our specialist supported provision, and you will be in charge of all of our day-to-day operations. We work in partnership with a range of organisations including property owners and care and support providers, and your ability to get the best of these relationships will be at the heart of the level of service we are able to provide to our tenants.

This role would suit someone with a good understanding of what it takes to sensitively provide excellent supported housing to tenants with complex needs, as well as the regulatory, relationship and contract management experience to make sure that all of the organisations we work with are delivering to our high standards. We expect that you will bring experience from the specialist supported sector, but we are open to hearing from those with relevant experience in relevant related areas.
