Ambitious to expand their operations and do more for those they serve, Apax are now excited to be recruiting for a new post to lead on the governance of their housing operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Apax through the full Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) registration process and to maintain their ongoing regulatory compliance and governance standing once registered.
You will have a solid grounding in governance within the social housing sector and while you may not have led on registration of a new RP, you will have you will have sound experience in compliance with RSH Regulatory standards as well as all other applicable housing legislation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Governance and Regulatory Assurance Leader will act as Apax’s primary regulatory control function, providing assurance and support to the Chief Executive and the Board.
